Nice and easy but effective and not rushed

Squat Challenge is a good program. It would easily be a “great” app if you provide a continuation beyond current rep limits, i.e., an option to continue progression exceeding 25 reps/per set. Thanks.
I don’t usually write reviews on apps, but this app is a game changer. I would recommend downloading this app and placing it in front of your TV while you watch TV, super easy I’m gonna try doing this for a week and see how it goes.
Great tool to motivate and get started
I love the Squat App - I’ve been using it faithfully for five weeks now and I’m happy to say I see amazing results! In fact, my family,Co workers and friends see my great results too! Again, This app is simply amazing and I can’t wait to see the finished results! Anike Bay Girls Like Us (Creator and Producer) LGBTQ Movie
Starts out at good pace
After paying for the subscription app crashes every time. I’ve attempted to contact the developer but never heard anything back from them.
Not a hard app to follow and love it so far
Amazing!!
GetsYou to go all in the best way possible. Short easy steps one by one building on each other I recommend.
My first day and it was great I had my water and was ready love the way it walk u through it and give u rest time👌
This is a great app! Really nice to have something so structured that is guided and shows where you started from and what you’re building/have built up to. It’s a simple format, nothing confusing about it. Great find.
52, overweight and tired - ALOT! I am sick of feeling sick and tired. Your app was so easy to use and got me off the couch and DOING SOMETHING good for my health. Looking forward to the start of something awesome. Thanks.
II love it here
I BOUGHT this app a few years ago as part of a package of fitness apps from the same developer. I didn’t use them until recently but have had them on my phone ever since. Today I log in to do my squats and they have CHANGED THEIR PAYMENT MODEL! So even thought I ALREADY bought the app, they have switched to a subscription based model and I don’t have access to the app like I did 2 days ago. This is the ultimate form of “you don’t own digital.” Screw this developer and their practices. Don’t support them.
I like it
Attractive application, works well for building strength. What's not to like?
I love this app
I've had the app on my phone for a while and never quite got around to it; now it is helping to keep me occupied during the corona virus pandemic.
You only get 2 weeks free. Then you have to pay for access to the rest.
Awesome App. Talks to u too. Also encourages u to stretch
Astonishingly simple yet effective and I can’f t help but appreciate the reminders it sends me to get off my behind and get to work! I already feel a change in my day-to-day routine and it’s only been a week!
Love this for the first experience I love it
U like it & I add more squats to keep myself motivated to keep going I double each number ‼️I love it
This app really helps keep me on track! Love it!
I bought this app. Now it requires a subscription to use it! I want my money back!!
Got me off my butt to start back in shape. Great starter app and super easy to follow.
Love it!
I love this app. But it is no longer compatible with Apple Watch which is why I docked a star.
don’t waste any $ on this app, unfortunately like other users have done. save ur $ because the app doesn’t open or launch at all. i pity those users who spent $ on this piece of junk. beware of this unscrupulous developer who’s hawking similar apps on the app store!
I bought this app. Used it for a couple years. Loved it. Then with the latest updates I no longer have access to anything more than the free trial version. There is no way to restore purchases. There is no way to go back to a version in which I can use more than 4 days of workouts. I just opened it one day and it was all gone. I bought this. One of the few apps I’ve bought. I get updates are necessary, but if you own it it should be yours and you shouldn’t be updated out of ability to use. When a new car model comes out the dealer doesn’t come and repossess your car and make you re buy your car back. Bad business.
Not s lot of details how I’m doing. With that said I appreciate the simplicity!
I bought this app in a pack to start working out again. After the last update they now are charging for everything past week two calling it “premium”. I was already past week 2 and now have no access to the workouts. I want my money back.
Just buy it. Well worth it and even better with the companion exercise modules. The key is to remain at a level until it's easy. Don't rush. The weeks per the app are only suggestions. I'm now (2018) 50 and following the apps now has me looking as good or better than my hunky 20s. 👍
If you want a simple app that will help you keep on track with your squats. Here you go. :)
Real easy to use and follow Wish it would update to the next day when you finish
Love it
The app makes it easy to meet the final goal.
Good app to increase fitness level gradually
I love this app. You can quickly build gross leg strength.
Nice features
The best way to start when you are just starting out or after and injury and need to easy back into a work out plan
I use all of their apps. They are great.
Helps me do more squats.
Nice app to go along with the 5K training app.
Commit to completing!
It is a great app for working up to being able to do a lot of squats. I do wish that I could connect it to my Lose it! App though.
Squats pro is a real help staying with my goals. Well executed software from a solid design.
This app is nice. I enjoy it. Because it doesn't automatically flip to the next work out you have the option of repeating a work out. When you get stuck in a place it's difficult for you physically you can spend two or three workouts repeating it. It has allowed me to build strength that was absolutely absent from my body. I still use the app but I also am now fit enough to join other classes and not completely embarrassed myself or hold back the class
