Great workout App
I had the 5k run, 100 push-ups, 200 sit-ups and the pull-up pro. This is just a good edition. But this app inspired me to space the squats sit-ups and push-ups over my work day as I can do those without having to change or go to the gym. Maybe when I get further down the line Ill group them again but to start, Id recommend getting at least those three and doing them at your desk, especially when youre feeling a bit tired. Squats work better than coffee and burn instead of adding calories!!!
