Ive bought the whole set. Great apps to use when I am between workout days, or cant make it to the gym!
I got to this app. From 0 to 10k I use it as a warm up for running. I am over half way to 100 squats and am surprised that I can do as many as I am. There were a couple of days it was work, but as the app. slowly builds you up you find you can do this with out walking around sore for 2 days
I recommend this to anyone trying to get started on an easy program. Not intimidating at all.
It varies the reps per set and increases the total squats slowly. I just started it over and am using weights to increase my endurance.
It has been like a trainer to me, shaped me to become healthier, gives me insurance and is motivational to help me keep going.
I paid for this app as part of the bundle, but Im still prompted with ads. The apps themselves are mediocre.
I enjoy these apps because its an easy way to build up strength.
