I have a limited amount of time in my day, so this workout quickly hits my problem spots. Love it so far!

New to overall fitness, but apps like this one are key!!

I am enjoying every workout more and more. Theyre very simple, to the point and on track with what I want, which is a good workout with minimal babbling and lots of repetitions! :D. 5 stars from this happy customer!!

Granted, it is a very simple app...

But sometimes, thats what you need to keep motivated to exercise and reach your goal. I can even play my yoga app for warm-up or cool-down, and it will sound when time is up. Sometimes, thats just what you need.

Very Good

I was looking for something that would help me build on my legs. I like/love this app, as it helps build strength in my legs as the squat reps increase. Im on week 5 and Im starting to see some muscle increase in my legs/quads/hamstrings! Its all about them "gains" and this app will definitely get you in that direction. Two thumbs up!

This app is Great especially for the people who have desk jobs

If youre like me, youre sitting almost the entire day. This app helps keep you fit by coaching you on daily exercise routines which will help keep your metabolism going. Highly recommended as well as all other apps in this suite.

Good app for those who were once athletes and are now trying to pace themselves and keep themselves from getting injured from doing too much too soon.

Almost perfect. I have got it installed in my iPhone and iPad and its only missing a way to link them both and I finally can say goodbye to do the manual update of my sets.

Simple, colorful and encouraging to use. Keeps a track of your progress and lets you listens to your fav tunes as you workout. Also recommend the sit-up version. P

Simple and effective

Nice, graduated plan on increasing ones endurance. Good that it has a reminder to warm up beforehand and to stretch afterward.
