This app is good cause when it starts to burn it gives you a rest so you dont quit

Gets the job done

With the help of this app and some of the others, I get my daily workout. Its great that it gives you time to stretch before and after the workout, and resting periods in between reps. It also lets you record what days you did the workouts, so you can keep track of that as well.

I love all these workout apps

I use these apps (push-ups, squats, sit-ups) all the time. I love the encouragement badges, very motivating.

Great app

Does its job wonderfully. Would be nice if there was Apple Health integration though.

Does what it says

I like the ability to pace yourself with your progress. I am 50 and overweight so starting slow is keeping me motivated.

Except now I do...

I dont buy apps, and I dont work out. Except now I do. I love this collection of apps and how they build up to a full-body workout. It keeps me motivated and progressing at a safe pace so I dont burn out in the first week. And its got such an easy to use interface!

I would recommend this app to anyone! I have lost two pounds using this and the push-ups app together. I use this app everyday and will continue to do so.

I mean it wont make you lose weight but it certainly helps with your legs and core.

When I started using this app, I could do only a few squats at a time, but I followed the training program and made it all the way to 100! I feel much stronger, and I was amazed that the app really seemed designed to increase only as much as I could handle each session, even as I kept thinking I had reached my limit. I took off one star because this doesnt integrate with other health apps I use and because I wish there was a bit more flexibility with training after having reached 100. I tried to keep doing 100 with each workout but found that a bit boring, so I switch between different days from the last three weeks of training to be able to keep using the app. I also used their situp and pushup apps simultaneously and found it easy enough to switch between them to get a comprehensive workout. Great app! If you commit to doing it, this app will get you through it!

Easy to stick withe routines

It is easy to start out some routine, but to stick to it and make you improve with time, this app made it all possible. I like the simplicity of it and the motivation and earning badges. It fulfills that sense of accomplishment. Thank you!

Works like a charm if done properly

Im a slow distance runner and cross-train with 30 minute high intensity elliptical work outs. My quads were just as sore after the first week as they were after I first added the elliptical

Really like it

Great app, I use it a lot. They are still working on the nuances with listening to music through your phone, and hearing the trainers voice. It now works best with headphones as opposed to a Bluetooth speaker. With a speaker, your music will sound a little muted.

Love the little steps it requires you to take each day. Definitely worth it!!!
